O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to secure the detenue namely R.T.Nishavardini daughter of Thirunavukarasu, aged 19 years and produce the body of the detenue before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.The matter came up before this Court on 30.12.2019 and this Court has directed the third respondent to produce the detenue before this Court on 06.01.2020. As per the order of this Court, the third respondent police produced the detenue before this Court today. When this Court enquired the detenue, She denied having married the petitioner and she submitted that she is with her parents on her own accord and she is not in illegal detention. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
