PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS praying directing the respondents particularly the second respondent to not to harass the petitioner and her sons namely P.Chandri Kannan and P.Vijayasakthivel under guise of arrest in connection with Cr. No.346/24 on the file of the second respondent police without following due process of law. For Petitioner : Mr.B. Prahalad Ravi For Respondents : Mr.A. Thiruvadikumar No.1 and 2 Additional Public Prosecutor

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct respondents particularly the second respondent to not to harass the petitioner and her sons namely P.Chandri Kannan and P.Vijayasakthivel under guise of arrest in connection with Cr. No.346/24 on the file of the second respondent police without following due process of law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the sons of the petitioner has been arrested on 17.11.2024 and enlarged on bail by the Juvenile Justice Board.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication and the petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
