This Court, by order dated 15.04.2016, in W.P.(MD).No.7330 of 2016 directed the respondent herein to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 04.04.2016, within four weeks from the date of receipt of the order. Since the respondent herein has not complied with the same, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition.
