PRAYER: Contempt Petitions are filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act 1971, to punish the respondents 1 and 2 for wilful disobedience and non compliance of the order passed by this Court, in W.P.(MD)Nos.2503, 2323 and 2324 of 2014, dated 07.04.2016. Prayer in WP(MD)Nos. 2503/ 2014, 2323/14 and 2324/14 : Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to regularize the Petitioner's service from 23.06.2000 as per G.O. No.60 and to give him all consequential service, seniority and attended benefits.

This Court, by an earlier order dated 07.04.2016, granted three months time to the respondents to regularize the service of the writ petitioners, in the light of G.O.No.60 Urban Development and Town Panchayat Department, dated 23.08.2006 and to give consequential service, seniority and attendant benefits if otherwise the appoint of the petitioners are in order. 2.Today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents by producing the proceedings in Na.Ka.Nos.5667-1/2017/A3, 56672/2017/A3 and 5667-3/2017/A3, dated 09.08.2017, submitted that the case of the petitioners have been considered and rejected by the respondents. Thus the order passed in the writ petitions have been complied with and nothing survives in these petitions. 3.Recording the above submission, these Contempt Petitions are closed. It is open to the petitioners to challenge the said proceedings independently, if they are so advised.
