Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under sections 147, 148, 294(b), 452, 324 and 307 of I.P.C. r/w. Section 39 of Tamilnadu Public Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act, in Crime No.252 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.19619 of 2019 rowdyism is evident. The petitioner is figuring as A1. Therefore, the petitioner cannot be treated differently. The petitioner has to necessarily surrender and take regular bail. The criminal original petition stands dismissed.
