O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to respondent to complete the investigation and to file the charge sheet in Cr.No.106 of 2023 on the file of the respondent within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.106 of 2023, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 326 and 506(ii) of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the case was registered on 05.06.2023, so far no progress is made in this case.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent would submit that investigation in this case has been almost over and the final report will be filed before the concerned Court within a short period.

4.Recording the submission and accepting the request made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), there shall be a direction to the respondent to file the final report before the concerned Court within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
