Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to disburse all monetary benefits, particularly DCRG amount which are entitled to the petitioner except pension in view of attaining superannuation from service as a Associate Professor retired on 31.05.2014 while employed in the 4th respondent college by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 14.02.2015 within a stipulated time as that may be fixed by this Honourable Court and pass such further or other orders.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order dated 15.06.2016 in W.P.(MD)No.6209 of 2015 has been complied with by the respondent and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
