ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The petitioner has claim against the second respondent insurance company. She has filed an appeal before the first respondent questioning the rejection passed by the second respondent. The first respondent as the statutory authority is bound to give the disposal.

3. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law after notice to the second respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. I am conscious that the first respondent is not represented through any counsel. But then, I am not going into the merits of the matter. I am only giving a formal direction for disposal of the petitioner's appeal and nothing else. There shall be no order as to costs.
