The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to secure the detenue i.e., petitioner's wife and son by name Pavithra (aged about 22 years) and Naveenkumar (aged about 2 years) and set them at liberty. 2.When the matter is taken up hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered by the respondent police in Crime No.284 of 2019 under the caption Women Missing and Boy Missing. He further submitted that the detenue knowing about the case, appeared before the respondent police along with her child. Subsequently, the respondent police called the petitioner for enquiry and during the enquiry, the detenue Pavithra/wife of the petitioner has expressed that she is not willing to go along with the petitioner.
