O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that survey is proposed to be conducted on 16.08.2024 and if the encroachments are identified, they will also be removed by adhering to due process of law.

2. If the encroachments are noticed, they shall be removed. It shall be completed within a period of four months, thereafter. This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
