ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family on the guise of enquiry by calling the petitioner frequently to the 2nd respondent police station on the basis of the petitioner representation dated 11.10.2023.

2. Learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.394 of 2023. Pending the complaint, this petition came to be filed.

3. Let summon be issued to the petitioner to appear before the respondent. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent and co-operate with the enquiry. The enquiry shall be completed within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any 2/4

trouble arises during the course of enquiry, the petitioner is at liberty to workout remedy through appropriate proceedings before the concerned Court.

4. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
