..Contemnors / Respondents Prayer: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act 1971, pleased to punish the respondents for their deliberate and willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.3892 of 2015, dated 15.03.2016. Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarifed Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent District Education Officer vide A.Thi. Mu. No. 1676 / Aa3/ 2013 dated 13.03.2013, quash the same and further direct the 3rd respondent District Educational Officer herein to approve the appointment of E. Wilfred Jerry as Waterman in the petitioner school w.e.f., 07.02.2006 with all attendant benefits including the arrears of salary and allowance.
