PRAYER in W.P.(MD)No.20401 of 2017: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to allot ID numbers in respect of the petitioners by approving and registering their admission/candidature in the B.Sc (Agri) Degree course in the fourth respondent college and permit them to complete the said course. In both petitions:

In that colleges, the petitioners have been admitted to pursue their agricultural degree in the year 2017 against the lapsed seats. Therefore, the University raised certain objections with regard to the admission of the petitioners in the fourth respondent college. As against that proceedings, these writ petitions have been filed.
2.When these writ petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side submits that pursuant to the interim order granted by this 3/5
Court, the writ petitioners have completed their course and therefore, nothing survives in these writ petitions.
