Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGABHARATHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10914 of 2024 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16508 of 2024 on 16.10.2024.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the condition has been complied with for ten days. He further submitted that the investigation has been completed and the police report has been filed and the same has been taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kovilpatti in P.R.C.No.56 of 2024.
3. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10914 of 2024 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.16508 of 2024 on 16.10.2024 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates.
