Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court that the petitioner shall appear before Inspector of Police, Flower Bazaar Police Station, Chennai daily at 10.30 am for a period of four weeks in Crl.M.P.(MD). NO. 10914/2024 in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.16508/2024 dated 16.10.2024 in Crime No.229/2024 on the file of the respondent Police. Prayer in in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10914 of 2024:

Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honble court that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation in Crl O.P (MD) NO. 16508 of 2024 dated 30.09.2024 in crime No.229/2024 on the file of the respondent police. 1/3

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGABHARATHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10914 of 2024 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16508 of 2024 on 16.10.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the condition has been complied with for ten days. He further submitted that the investigation has been completed and the police report has been filed and the same has been taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kovilpatti in P.R.C.No.56 of 2024.

3. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10914 of 2024 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.16508 of 2024 on 16.10.2024 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates.
