ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet in Calendar Case No.36/2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Vilathikulam, filed by the first respondent under Section 498-A I.P.C. and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners has already filed a Memo [U.S.R.No.887/15], dated 26.03.2015, wherein it has been stated that the F.I.R. registered against the petitioners/accused have already been quashed by this Court in the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13801 of 2014, on 05.08.2014, filed by the petitioners along with other accused and sought for withdrawal of this Criminal Original Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.I have heard the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel for the second respondent. 4.Recording the abovesaid Memo, dated 26.03.2015, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
