Prayer: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act 1971, pleased to punish the respondent for his deliberate and willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.2229 of 2013, dated 20.04.2016. Prayer in WP(MD). 2229/ 2013 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARI, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the Respondent in his proceedings Lr.No.JnS2/AGFN/2nd VWSS/2011 dated 21-01-2013 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction.

ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his deliberate and willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.2229 of 2013, dated 20.04.2016.

2. Heard Mr.B.Saravanan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Murali, learned counsel for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the order passed in the writ petition, the respondent has already passed order and the order is challenged by the petitioner.
