Contemnor/Petitioner PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 praying to punish the respondent herein for committing grave contempt and gross disobedience of the order dated 26.03.2014 passed by this Court in M.P(MD)No.1 of 2014 in W.P(MD)No.5274 of 2014.

pleased to STAY all further proceedings of the 5th respondent dated 28.2.2014 made in F.No.10/Lands/97/106-109 pending disposal of the writ petition.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the 5th respondent dated 28.2.2014 made in F.No.10/Lands/97/106-109, quash the same and directing 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's representations based on the recommendations from 4th respondent in letter dated 19.12.2012 as mad to 3rd respondent within the time frame fixed by this Honble Court.

[Order of the Court was made by the HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE] Alleging that the order of this Court in M.P(MD)No.1 of 2014 in W.P(MD)No.5274 of 2014, dated 26.03.2014, has not been complied with, the petitioners have come up with the present contempt petition.

2.Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners, we are of the opinion that the present contempt petition is premature. 3.Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed, as pre-mature. However it is open to the petitioners to agitate their claim in the writ petition. The Registry is directed to list the writ petition, for final disposal, after completion of service.
