Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JINNAH S.M.A., Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to amend the condition 6(b) in the order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21983 of 2022, dated 13.12.2022.

3.Considering the reason stated by the petitioner, the condition in Crl.O.P(MD)No.21983 of 2022, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) instead of Rs.2,00,000/-, as already ordered by this Court on 13.12.2022, to the credit of Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai.
