This petition has been filed praying to call for records relating to the FIR filed by the first respondent in Crime No.11 of 2012 on the file of All Women Police Station, Colachel, Kanyakumari District and to quash the same.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the State and also perused the materials available on record.
3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that a charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.42 of 2014 before the Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel.
4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
