ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) A challenge is made against the direction of the learned Single Judge to count 50% of the service of the respondent as double part-time vocational instructor along with regular service for the pensionary benefits.

2. It is fairly admitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader that in W.A.(MD)Nos.62 & 63 of 2026, this Court by order dated 19.01.2026 dismissed the writ appeal holding that the similarly placed persons have been given the benefit of 50% of the part-time service and the same has been extended to the respondent herein. Hence, we do not find any merit.
