*********** The petitioner complains of violation of the interim direction given by this Court in W.M.P.(MD).No.6874 of 2016 in W.P.(MD).No.8569 of 2016.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader placed a copy of the letter dated 21.11.2016, addressed by the first respondent herein to the petitioner. In view of the compliance of the order passed by this Court, nothing survives for adjudication in this Contempt Petition.
