Prayer in WP.No.16277 of 2015: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to fill up the post of president for the Tamil Nadu State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission within a frame to fixed by this Court.
