This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.451 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent, dated 17.07.2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice, if the first respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.451 of 2022 and file final report, within a time stipulated by this Court. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of. 16.12.2022 Internet:Yes Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non speaking order lr 2/4
