(MD)No.3827 of 2015, dated 20.03.2015 on the file of this Court. Prayer in Crl.OP(MD)No.3827/2015:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondent No.2 to register FIR and initiate necessary action in accordance with law on the basis of the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 16.02.2015 within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court.

O R D E R

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a regular First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.248 of 2017 on 13.06.2017 under Section 435 of the Indian Penal Code. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to conduct the investigation in Crime No.248 of 2017 expeditiously and either file a charge sheet or a closure report, as the case may be.
