This petition has been filed for seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members to live in property bearing old No.75, New No.77, Dindigul Road, Manapparai, Trichy District which is the subject matter of civil litigation between the petitioner and the respondents 4 & 6 and ensure that that the petitioner should not be evicted without due process of law with the help of the respondents 1 to 3.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the matter has become infructuous. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
