This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order dated 28.10.2015 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20587 of 2015.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent on instructions would submit that the investigation in Cr.No.26 of 2015 is transferred from the file of the respondent to the City Crime Branch Police Station, Madurai on 25.02.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
