Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the 2nd and 3rd respondents from constructing the public toilet in Mangammal road (Panaiadiyan Kovil road) ware No.6, Vasudevanallur, Tirunelveli District.

[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] Alleging that the order of this Court, dated 12.07.2016, made in W.P.(MD) No.12106 of 2016, has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up with the present contempt petition.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed in the Writ Petition has been complied with by the proceedings of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.4035/2016/Ba.1 dated 01.11.2016. A copy of the order has been produced for the perusal of this Court.

3. Having regard to the above, We are of the view that no further adjudication is required in this matter. In view of the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
