Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to issue consolidated certificate for petitioners poverty, non remarriage, nobody in petitioners family working in Government service and petitioners family income as consolidated certificate to be produced for petitioners daughter to get commpassionate ground appointment in Govt. service. ORDER

This contempt petition is filed complaining that the order of this Court made in WP(MD) No. 22797 of 2015, dated 17.12.2015, has not been complied with.

2.It is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the order passed in the writ petition has been complied with by issuing a proceeding dated 16.02.2016 by the Tahsildar, Villavancode.

3.If the petitioner is aggrieved against such an order, it is open to her to challenge the same in the manner known to law . Since the order passed by this Court has been complied with, this contempt petition is closed.
