police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) and 109 of IPC in Crime No.160 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Earlier petition filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail was dismissed by this Court, by considering the previous cases pending against the petitioner. I find no change of circumstances. The bad antecedents of the petitioner, disentitles him from claiming any discretionary relief.
