Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to take appropriate action against the 5th Respondent and to disconnect the unauthorized water taps connection by considering the Petitioners representation dated 28.07.2015.

O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by M.V.MURALIDARAN, J.] The petitioner has come up with the present Contempt Petition alleging that the respondent has violated the order passed by this Court dated 23.09.2015, made in W.P.(MD)No.17214 of 2015.

2. This Court, by order dated 23.09.2015 in W.P.(MD)No.17214 of 2015, passed an order directing the respondent herein to forward the representation of the petitioner to the Block https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Development Officer, the fourth respondent in the Writ Petition, directing him to disconnect the water connection, if there is any unauthorized connection. Since the said order has not been complied with so far, the petitioner has filed the present Contempt Petition.

3. Today, when the Contempt Petition came up for admission, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent and he has also produced a copy of the order dated 03.11.2016, in e.f.vz;.Cep8/3046/2016, to that effect.

4. We have perused the said order dated 03.11.2016, of the respondent. Therefore, recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
