ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to permit and grant adequate police protection for conducting Christmas festival from 18.12.2022 to 26.12.2022 of C.S.I. Holy Trinity Church in the Church property in Natham Survey No.292/11 and Natham Survey No.292/30, Sathankulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2022. 2.The matter was heard in the morning and for sending notice to the objectors, the matter was ordered to be listed on 16.12.2022. Now at about 1.30 p.m., the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that instructions has been received from the respondent stating that enquiry has been completed and in the enquiry, the above said objectors did not produce any documents.

So permission was granted to the writ petitioner to conduct the Christmas festival from 18.12.2022 to 26.12.2022 of C.S.I. Holy Trinity Church in the Church property in Natham Survey No.292/11 and Natham Survey No.292/30, Sathankulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District. According to him, recording the submission that has been made by the official of the respondent, the matter may be disposed of.

3.Since already permission has been granted, nothing survives for further consideration and direction. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
