Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the 1st Respondent from treating the Respondents 2 & 3 as Religious Minority Institutions and direct the 1st respondent to treat the respondents 2 & 3 as an aided private school within the meaning of Section 2(7) of the Tamil Nadu Recognized Private Schools (Regulation) Act, 1973.

ORDER
This Contempt Petition was filed alleging that the order passed by this Court, dated 28.06.2016 in W.P(MD)No.11252 of 2016 has not been complied with.
2.The direction contained in the order is that the respondent herein is directed to pass necessary orders on the representation of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.
https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader on behalf of the respondent/contemnor that in pursuance to the
direction passed by this Court, an order was passed by the respondent by proceedings, dated 24.02.2017. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this order was not passed within the time stipulated by this Court.
4.Taking note of the fact that the representation has been considered and order has been passed, no action is necessary to be taken in the Contempt Petition. However, according to the petitioner, the grievance of the petitioner has not been fully addressed in the proceedings passed by the respondent, dated 24.02.2017, in which case, it is for the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner know to law.
5.With the above observations, this Contempt Petition is closed.
