ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents or their men not to harass the petitioners and their family members.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Admittedly, the first petitioner is the Chairman, the second petitioner is the General Manager and the third petitioner is the Regional Manager of the SB Co-operative Housing Society Limited.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that staffs of the SB Co-operative Housing Society Limited preferred a complaint before the second respondent alleging that the petitioners cheated them and on that basis, CSR.No.G3/3756/8355 came to be registered on 17.11.2022. He would further submit that though summons was issued to the petitioners to appear before the second respondent, they have not turned up. 2/4

5. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are ready to appear before the second respondent.

6. Recording the submissions made on either sides, the petitioners are directed to appear before the second respondent and on such appearance, the second respondent is directed to proceed with the enquiry in accordance with law.

7. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
