This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents or their men not to harass the petitioners and their family members.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint was enquired into and the same was ordered to be closed. He would further submit that the Advocate, who was the lessee, had already vacated the premises and that the owner Indira Kumari had returned the amount of Rs.6,00,000/- to the Advocate.

3. Mr.M.Suriya Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the internevor has raised serious objections.
