O R D E R

Alleging non-compliance of the order, dated 19.07.2016, made in W.P.(MD)No.12633 of 2016, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that against the order passed in W.P.(MD)No.12633 of 2016, the respondents have filed WA(MD).No.49 of 2018 before the Division Bench of this Court. She would further submit that the respondents have also obtained interim order in CMP(MD).No.257 of 2018 in W.A(MD).No.49 of 2018 on 11.01.2018 and the same is pending.

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the Writ Appeal is pending before this Court, this Contempt Petition is closed.
