ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents to pay the compensation of Rs.10 Lakhs for the death of the petitioner's husband on 27.01.2017 as per the Chief Minister's Farmers Security Scheme with 12% interest.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that chemical analysis report of the deceased has been received, that the concerned authorities are taking necessary action and that they may be directed to pass orders within a time frame fixed by this Court. 3.In view of the above submission, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass order, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
