Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to settle retirement benefits of the Petitioner including gratuity, leave salary, commuted value of pension, Social Security Scheme Amount and all other attendant benefits with interest at the rate of 18% per annum within the time that may be stipulated by this Honble COurt and further directing the Respondents to pay interest at the rate of 18% per annum for the belated payment of provident fund, refund of his contribution from Institute of road transport.

The contempt petition has been filed to commit and punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.16181 of 2015, dated 14.12.2015.
2. Heard Mr.A.Rahul, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.A.Jeyaraman, learned counsel for the first respondent, Mr.A.P.Muthupandian, learned counsel for the second respondent and perused the records.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the entire terminal benefits have been settled to the petitioner except the interest amount on commutation and the leave salary of Rs.3,804/-.
4. In view of the above submission, this contempt petition is closed with a direction to the respondents to pay the interest amount on commutation and the leave salary of Rs.3,804/-, if any, to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
