This writ petition is filed as against the order passed by the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Usilampatti, dated 04.09.2013, attaching the undivided family properties of the petitioner without issuing any notice to the parties. 2.When this writ petition was taken up for hearing on 05.02.2024 there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this writ petition was ordered to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
