Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 15.03.2016 on the file of the respondent no. 2 and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a direction, directing the respondent no.2 to permit the petitioner to register the property of the petitioner in New Survey No. 303/ 19B, in an extent of 0.03.20 Acres (3384 Square Feet), situated at Pillaimar Street @ Anna Streetr, Adirampattinam, Pattukottai Tk, Thanjavur district based on her Application dated 15.03.2016.

ORDER

This petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor and punish her for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P(MD) No.13083 of 2016 dated 01.08.2016.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the order passed in W.P.(MD).No.13083 of 2016, dated 01.08.2016, has been complied with and the representation of the petitioner was considered and rejected by the respondent on 25.10.2016.
