ORDER

The petitioner's daughter Dharshini had joined B.E (EEE) in the 3rd respondent college on 07.08.2017 and also paid the fee of Rs.25,000/-. While so, she discontinued the B.E, course since she joined BDS course in some other college. Therefore she has requested the 3rd respondent for refund of the fee paid by her. However it was rejected. Therefore, challenging the same, this writ petition is filed. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.25,000/- by way of a demand draft drawn in favour of Saveetha 2/4

School of Engineering, dated 19.05.2017.

3.There is no representation for the 3rd respondent.

4.In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to look into the issue with regard to the fee paid by the petitioner's daughter and direct the 3rd respondent college to refund the amount paid by the petitioner, if the petitioner was not admitted in the 3rd respondent's college. No costs.
