Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent pertaining its order in Proc.No.Rc.4638/2011/A3, dated 24.07.2013 and to quash the same with a consequential direction to the respondents to grant the petitioner all retirement benefits and pension etc., as a Special Grade Village Administrative Officer. 1/4

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to quash the impugned order, 24.07.2013 with consequential relief to grant retirement benefits.

2. The respondents have filed counter stating that the Commissioner of Revenue Administration, Chennai, in their letter addressed to all Collectors in RC.No.Service 95(1)/20277/2019, dated 18.05.2020.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Accountant General submitted that, based on the aforesaid letter all retirement benefits were granted to the petitioner as per law and he has also received the same. He further submitted that pensionary benefits have also disbursed as per law.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Incase, if there is no further revision, the petitioner is at liberty to claim the same as per law. No Costs.
