This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the first information report dated 16.01.2013 in Crime No.14 of 2013 for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 468, 469, 470, 471 IPC on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that after completing the investigation, the said FIR was closed as action dropped on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

18.02.2013 itself. Thereby, the prayer sought for in this petition becomes infructuous.

3.Recording the above statement of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
