.. Contemnors/ Respondents Prayer:Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act praying this Court to punish the respondents herein for not implementing the orders of this Court passed in W.P(MD) No.407/2011 dated 29.06.2011.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to regularize his service as Technical assistant with effect from 01/09/1999 on completion of 10 years of service as NMR Technical Assistant from the date of his initial appointment on 01/09/1989 with all monetary benefits and orther service benefits of seniority and promotion based onl his retrospective regularization w.e.f. 01/09/1999 including pension benefits. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

ORDER

Mr.B.Pugalenthi, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that the request of the petitioner to regularize his service in the post of Technical Assistant with effect from 01.01.1999 was second time rejected by the Government, by an order dated 15.12.2017. A copy of the said order has been produced for perusal of this Court.

2.In the light of the above fact, this contempt petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order in a manner known to law. No costs.
