This petition has been filed to punish the contemnor for his wilful disobedience of the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2089 of 2016.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions, would submit that in the complaint dated 20.10.2015, petition enquiry has been conducted and it was closed on 30.01.2016, however it was not brought to the knowledge of this Court on 05.02.2016. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would further submit that no person is available in the name of Shanmugam, Sub Inspector of Police, Teppakulam Police Station, Madurai City.

3. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
