Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay all the monetary and service benefits to the petitioners under G.O.Ms.No.216, Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 22.3.1993 irrespective of Para 6.3 of G.O.Ms.No.69, School education (M1) Department dated 18.4.2013 and to pass any other appropriate writ order or direction as this Honourable Court.
