The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to initiate appropriate action based on the writ petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2017 and to protect the writ petitioner's family from the atrocities of excommunication and threat by the respondents 3 to 8.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the writ petitioner and the respondents 3 to 8 are 2/4

belonging to the same community and as of now, there are no issues between them. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader may be recorded and the petition may be closed.
