This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his willful and wanton disobedience and non-compliance of the order, dated 21.01.2016 made in W.M.P(MD)No.1074 of 2016 in W.P (MD)No.1302 of 2016.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the order passed by this Court in W.M.P(MD)No.1074 of 2016 in W.P(MD)No.1302 of 2016, dated 21.01.2016 has been complied with.
