(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition praying to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment made in Government Poramboke 2/4

Cart Pathway in Survey No.887/1, located at Village No.23, Muthur Village Palayamkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 09.08.2017. 2.

By producing the proceedings of the Tahsildar in Na.Ka.Aa6/5177/2017, dated 12.09.2022, addressed to the Government Pleader, the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that pursuant to the directions issued by this Court in this Writ Petition, the encroachment has been removed.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
