ORDER

The petitioner has made a representation dated 05.07.2017 before the respondent seeking old age pension provided by the Government but the same 1/3

was rejected by the respondent vide proceedings dated 02.08.2017. Challenging the same, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition before this Court. 2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the claim of the petitioner has been considered and the old age pension is being granted to the petitioner from the year 2018. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
