Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to pay all the consequential monetary benefits payable to the petitioner as per the order passed by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.Aa/5619/2014 dated 19.08.2015 and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court.

ORDER

This contempt petition is filed to punish the contemnor/2nd respondent for willfully disobeying and non-complying with the order of this Court dated 27.11.2015 in W.P(MD)No.21157 of 2015.

2. This Court, by an order dated 27.11.2015, made in W.P(MD) No.21157 of 2015, passed the following order:- "4.In these circumstances, the second respondent is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directed to grant permanent status to the petitioner with all benefits, after twelve weeks from today, if no writ petition is filed and no interim order is obtained."

3.Now, it is represented by both sides that the contemnor/second respondent has challenged the order of the Inspector of Labour, Madurai/first respondent in writ petition in W.P(MD)No.22667 of 2016.

4.Recording the above-said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
